Food Assignments for boosters

Starting the new season!

Adair County Marching Band is getting ready to start their

 2010 – 2011 Marching Season with our first fundraiser.

We would like to invite everyone to come out on Saturday,  April 17^th at 6:00 p.m.

 to the gym at ACES which is located at 870 Indian Drive.  

We are having an “Old Time Social”.

There will be homemade Chili created by some of the best chefs

 in the county (band mom’s of course) followed by a Pie and Cake Auction.

The chili supper cost is a donation of your choosing.

Our goal is to have at least fifty different pies and cakes to auction

 that night so if you would like to donate something please call

 I truly can’t wait to see who’s brings the highest bid. 

 Also, the distinguished rated Adair County Concert Band

will be performing their Spring Concert on Sunday, April 18^th, at 2:00 p.m.

 in the Adair County Middle School Gym located at

322 General John Adair Drive. The concert admission is

 free and if you have never heard the band play in the concert

 setting this would be the perfect time. This concert will feature the

Adair County Beginning Band, Middle School Band, and of course

the Award Winning Adair County High School Band.

 We invite everyone to come out for a weekend food, fun, and music!

Comeout and spend the weekend with the Band!
